Now seeing as though we only had a day there, we wanted to avoid spending most of our day waiting in line so we purchased the Premier Access Ultimate pass for everyone, which is insanely more expensive than the park ticket itself. After lugging them around England and France the previous week and a half, we thought we'd reward them with a day at Disney. We were a group of 8 (4 adults, 4 children aged 8-10).

That said, Disney Paris still managed to disappoint despite my lowered expectations. I'll start of by saying theme parks in general aren't my ideal vacation destinations. I don’t think it’s acceptable working in costumer service and only speak French and making no effort to understand us or help us when we struggle speaking French.

Most cast members look depressed and they are just there to do their job and they don’t really help guests and they’re not friendly. In this park sometimes we don’t really feel the magic of Disney and everything should be more organised. We went on that ride 4 times and each time it felt like we were going on a new ride due to part of the attraction being broken with animatronics stuck or frozen and the water cannons only worked on our last day.Īlso, most cast members are rude and they only care about timings and not safety or guests’ requests. The most broken one was pirates of the Caribbean. Every time we went on the ride something different was broken. Big thunder mountain also didn’t work properly. We went on Phantom manor 5 times and all of those times it had technical problems. This park is clearly the one who has less investment… all the big rides always had different problems in them. Disneyland Paris continues to adapt operations as needed based on the unique conditions of the resort. Since the beginning of the health crisis, Disneyland Paris has put in place a combination of measures to help reduce risk in the carefully managed environment of the resort, based on the guidance of health authorities and an experienced health and safety team. The health and well-being of guests and Cast Members remain a top priority. As a result, Disneyland Paris will stop requiring these passes as of this date. The Vaccine Pass and Health Pass will no longer be used as of Monday, March 14, except for in health establishments.
